The staff is beyond friendly, amazing, and accommodating...allowing me a little extra time to check-out due to nursing boards exams being later in the day. I cannot say enough about this hotel, especially it's staff. They offer an amazing breakfast too and free use of washers and dryers!!! AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME
Sarah Mulka3 months agoAmazing. We didn’t want for a thing. The staff were friendly and nothing was a bother. They’d made a website that gave you all the best places to eat with the menus. The beds were devine. And the breakfast, which is usually a disappointment, wasn’t!! Crispy bacon!!
Eva Clark3 months agoMy husband and I stayed here during our Upper Peninsula trip after our original plans in Munising fell through due to everything being sold out for the long weekend. We found this stay in Marquette. We had a wonderful stay. The staff were extremely kind, accommodating, and always ready to answer our questions. One thing we especially appreciated was the breakfast, it wasn’t just the usual hotel breakfast; you could really tell they put effort into making it enjoyable for guests. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, even if it means driving about an hour to Pictured Rocks.
