Minimum Age Policy
- The Minimum Age for making reservations and check-in is 21.
- Military, Govt. and Hospital Personnel and Students on official NMU work can fill out this form for prior authorization.
Guarantee and Deposit Policy
- Credit card required at the time of reservation.
- All reservations made with a Debit Card will be charged a $250.00 deposit.
- Credit card and government photo id required at the time of Check-in.
- Parents and guardians may submit a 3rd party guarantee and credit authorization form on behalf of student prior to check-in. Click Here to fill out the form.
Cancellation Policy
- Reservations must be canceled 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night’s room + tax.
- Total cost for stay includes the room rate, estimated taxes, and estimated fees.
Family Policy
- Children over the age of 12 years old will be charged as adults.
- All rooms are priced according to two people staying per room.
- All additional adults will be charged $20.00 extra per night.
- King rooms are for two occupants only. Double Queen is for four occupants only.
