Blueberry Festival

The Blueberry Festival has always been held on the second weekend in August each year since 1963. This year’s Festivals attraction is free concerts, the parade, kid-friendly activities, blueberry pancake breakfasts, pie-eating contests, and many more! You can witness live music throughout the three days of celebration. There is also a workshop where participants and spectators can learn different musical instruments like Fiddle, Guitar, Swing Guitar, Mandolin, Dobro, Banjo, Bass, and Finger Picking Guitar. Along with that, you can also experience camping! You can choose Motorhome or Tent camping based on your preference. At Blueberry Festival, they encourage and support jamming knowing the audience. Hence, they organize jams hosted by experienced players so attendees can join in and learn as they play! Besides that, it also involves farm festivity such as visiting farms, Getting a stamp at each location, and Redeeming a free slice of Blueberry Pie at the Pie Social Huron St. Pavilion.
