NTN North Trails

(2 miles/4 mins)

NTN trails include many long and short biking trails. The Trails are easily reachable from town and you can start at any of the three North Trailheads: BLP, Forestville, or Tourist Park. It is pet friendly as well, but if kept on leash only, as per Michigan Law. The most challenging trail of all is the Pine Knob Trail, must try if you are an expert.

NTN South Trail

Morgan Creek Loop is part of the NTN South Trails. The loop starts on Carpe Diem, a trail that rides smoothly along the Carp River's edges. Expect climbs, shapes, and scenery along this long, curvy singletrack—paired with scanty rock, sizable berms, and nice descents.

RAMBA Trails

(14.8 miles/ 23 mins)

Located 20 minutes west of Marquette, are the RAMBA trails, which have been entirely hand-built over the decades by the RAMBA trail organization (Range Area Mountain Bike Club). The trails are very well-maintained and well-marked for the bikers to use. They have added some technical features to make the trail more fun. Get your trail map from RAMBA before beginning, it has all the information about long or short trails, recommendations etc.

Iron Ore Heritage Trail

IOHT offers a cross-section of Marquette County's scenery, history, and culture. The trail is about 47-miles long, year -round, and has multiple trails but not all the trails are suitable for an year-round access. Whenever you plan to visit the trail make sure you check the maps on the trailheads to know where you are allowed and choose the trail as per your level of expertise.
