Our Lost and Found policy is designed to assist in the recovery of lost items promptly and efficiently. Here’s how it works:
- If you realize you’ve misplaced an item during your stay, please notify us immediately by emailing us at guestservices@superiorstayhotel.com or call us directly at (906) 273-1800.
- We will document your lost item and conduct a thorough search of our Lost and Found inventory.
- Found items will be securely held for a maximum of 90 days.
- To reclaim a lost item, you must provide valid identification and accurately describe the item.
- Once your lost item is located, we will arrange its return to you. Please note that any shipping or handling charges will be your responsibility.
While we strive to assist, please understand that Superior Stay Hotel cannot be held liable for lost or left behind items. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
